Much brighter outing today.

Robbie Keane was oozing class, and in tandem with Jenas, Berbatov and Lennon created two wonderful goals today. Davids again was everywhere, tackling and making runs constantly. The brightest part of the game for me was the fact that Jenas was on top of his game today. He had a much bigger presence on the field and his goal was well taken. Hopefully we'll see more outings like that.

I thought both YP Lee and Defoe were unlucky not to score, Defoe more so because his shots were actually on target. I really think Keane could play in an advanced midfield role behind Defoe and Berbatov, he seems to drop back frequently anyway.

Everton is going to be a good match, it will be interesting to see how Andy Johnson looks in an Everton shirt. This game is showing at Fado in Chinatown at 10am. I might be able to make it; it depends whats going on Friday night. School starts on the 28th and the weekend before is typically quite memorable due to the lack of things remembered.
